Eid Ready!

“I don’t know what to eat”.

Amongst many other ailments and moaning and groanings, this is the most common one she moaned about each time we had a conversation ever since she was diagnosed with type-2 diabetes in her early 50s.

“What should I eat so my blood sugars didn’t throw me out of control?

Doctors ask me to eat a balanced diet, a healthy diet.

I cook 3 meals daily and everything from the scratch.

I stopped the sugar in my chai and still after lunch, I face an afternoon slump and can’t do without a nap.

My clothes are not fitting me right, and my arms are going flabby.

My weight seems to be picking up just at the sight of the food, my belly feels bloated almost making me look like 7 months pregnant.

My tongue starts to feel bony and no amount of water seems to quench my thirst.

Days are gloomy and nights are tiring.

I have tried everything, every "desi nuskha", every piece of advice given by doctors, family, friends, and self-help books.

What should I eat? I don’t know what to eat.”

Folks,

This is my mum who lost her battle with breast cancer in 2019 just before the world saw the lockdown.

She didn’t know what to eat, or how much to eat and she always feared food as her weight started picking up after a full hysterectomy due to uterine fibroids. She had a history of PCOS and Endometriosis which led to hyperinsulinemia.

An Estrogenic Dominant lump was found in her breast in her late 50s and surgery after surgery, chemo, and radiation nothing saved her at the age of 63 while she was still under treatment, she lost the battle.

Hi,

I’m Haseen, I’m the founder of Mind your Nutrition and I’m the eldest daughter of this mum who is also a fellow contender for PCOS, after my mum that is.

I have two younger siblings one has PCOS with hypothyroid, and the other sibling has PCOS with Endometriosis.

I have 2 daughters and I didn’t want to live in the fear of acquiring the dreadful disease and wanted to free my sisters and my children from believing that genetics has a role to play without altering Nutrition & lifestyle habits.

I strongly believe that diseases don’t run in the family because, before my mum, none in her family had cancer.

However, after taking up Nutrition myself, today I have figured out that whatever health conditions my mum had PCOS, Type-2 Diabetes, Hormonal imbalances, or Breast Cancer -all these had one thing in common and that is Insulin Resistance.

Insulin is the main part of how you eat and what you eat and when you eat. Insulin is not just for people with diabetes.

If you don’t have an awareness of managing your Insulin, then no matter what else you manage, you will be conquered.

What happens after a 7-day fat loss?

You are free!

There isn’t any catch here unless you want to join the 28-day Mind your Nutrition- RRR program whose details will be shared in the group.

Otherwise, just take the coaching and the learning from the 7-day program and apply it consistently and you should be able to fetch the results on your own.

How is this program different from other programs?

This program is not restrictive.

You can eat your biryani or aloo paratha and still lose inches eating chocolate.

Remember, all these years you tried losing weight on your own without knowing the science behind it and without having the right tools and resources, and community support, it's easy to go back to start. You have another year trying to figure out how to lose weight or try this for 7 days to see if this can be a new beginning for you.

Is the fat loss guaranteed?

No program can guarantee you a set result. As bodies are not set machines.

Every woman’s body is designed beautifully but it has its uniqueness in knowing what works for one might not work for the other.

However, having said that every woman can find results if the efforts are laid as outlined in the program besides if you don’t lose any weight or fat at least know that you nourished your body with well-balanced food for a week and your body won’t lie of the results.

To some, it is straightforward inch loss or weight loss and to others, it is better sleep, and improved energy, and to others, it’s a bloat-free body. So, results vary.

So, what happens after I join?

Once you enrol, you will receive an email confirming your spot with the follow-up details.

The program starts on the 16th of January and you will gain group access from the 13th of January so you can download the program and start the prep work leading to a smooth start for the 16th where I also begin my group coaching.
