Mindyournutrition not only loves nutrition but is also fond of cookies, so we are here with some digital and functional cookies.

A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer’s hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. The web application can tailor its operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences.
These cookies help us to give you the best website experience; such as monitoring whether you view our content on your mobile, desktop, or tablet, so we can display the website properly.

We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyse data about web page traffic and improve our website to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.

We use Google Analytics and these cookies help us to better understand what our MyN community desires the most in terms of health articles, wellness topics, recipes and other information of related interest at a particular moment. This helps us to bring new ideas and can better plan what content to produce and promote.
