That's why I built Mind Your Nutrition: to help women feel heard, understood and supported while uncovering the root causes behind their symptoms.

Hi, I'm Haseen.
I'm a Functional Health & Nutrition Coach supporting midlife women through fatigue, hormonal shifts, digestive issues, weight changes and feeling disconnected from their bodies.
After my own struggles with PCOS, exhaustion and burnout — despite eating well and "doing everything right" — I discovered that my body wasn't broken. It was missing key pieces of support.
Today, I help women uncover what their bodies truly need using functional nutrition, personalised strategies and compassionate coaching that honours their lived experience.
